What areas do you cover?

We provide exterior cleaning services throughout Yorkshire, including Wakefield, Leeds, Sheffield, Barnsley, Pontefract, Doncaster, York, and Harrogate. If you're just outside these areas, feel free to contact us — we may still be able to help.

What types of exterior cleaning do you offer?

We specialise in patio and driveway cleaning and sealing, roof cleaning, gutter clearing and cleaning, fascia and soffit cleaning, soft washing (render, cladding, UPVC), timber and decking restoration, solar panel cleaning and more.

How is your pricing calculated?

Our pricing is based on time and materials, which means you only pay for the work required — no flat rate overcharging. This rewards you with competitive pricing thanks to our efficient equipment and strong work ethic.

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes — all our quotes are free and no-obligation. We can provide quotes via site visit or, in many cases, from photos or videos you send us.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, for most bookings we require a 10% deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on completion, once you're happy with the results.

Are you insured?

Absolutely. We are fully insured, with both public and employer’s liability cover, giving you peace of mind for all types of residential and commercial work.

Are you health and safety accredited?

Yes — we are SSIP accredited, demonstrating our commitment to high standards of health and safety. We provide Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for all commercial and high-risk work.

How long will I have to wait for the work to be done?

We aim to carry out most jobs within 2 weeks of quoting, but lead times may extend slightly during peak seasons such as spring and summer. We’ll always keep you updated on timelines.

Do you work weekends or outside normal hours?

Yes, we offer flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends — especially for commercial clients who need minimal disruption to business operations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash bank transfer and cheques. Full payment is only due once the work has been completed to your satisfaction (except for deposits).

We are currently researching card payment methods and hope to have this established soon. 

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes, we stand by our work. If you're not satisfied, we’ll return to address any issues promptly. 

Howver with any cleaning service we cannot guarantee something will stay clean forever. Upkeep and maintenance is essential as with any clean surface. 

Can I combine services for a discount?

Yes — we offer multi-service and same-day booking discounts. For example, if you book roof cleaning and gutter clearance together, you'll save on the overall cost.

Will your cleaning damage my surfaces?

No — we use appropriate methods for each material, whether that’s soft washing for render and UPVC, or low-pressure treatments for wood and roofs. All cleaning is done safely and effectively.

Do you work on both residential and commercial properties?

Yes. We regularly service homes, schools, restaurants, industrial units, retail spaces, and more. We adapt our methods and equipment to suit the needs of each project.
