Yes, we kindly ask that any garden furniture, pots, ornaments, and vehicles be moved before we arrive, so we can work efficiently and safely across the full surface area. If there is anything that you cannot move or requires more than one person, we can try and help with this. 

No — we adjust pressure levels and use appropriate nozzles for each surface. However, old or weak pointing may come loose during cleaning if it’s already deteriorating. We’ll assess the condition beforehand and advise you.

Yes, re-sanding is essential for block paving. After cleaning we brush kiln-dried sand back into the joints to stabilise the blocks and reduce weed growth. 

Sealing protects your surface from stains, weather damage, algae regrowth and weed intrusion. While not essential, it significantly extends the life of your driveway or patio and keeps it looking better for longer. It is alot easier to maintain once it has been sealed. 

A professional sealant typically lasts 2 to 3 years depending on traffic, weather conditions and the type of surface. We offer maintenance plans if you'd like to keep it in top condition year-round which can help prolong the life of the sealer. 

Yes. We use specialist treatments to lift stubborn black lichen, remove green algae, and break down oil stains. Some deep-set stains may require multiple treatments for best results.

The effetiveness of removing oil stains does depend on the type of oil, material and the length of time it has been stained. This will be discussed at the site survey stage. 

We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions wherever possible. That said we recommend keeping pets indoors during treatment to minimise any risk.

Depending on th weather, material and type of sealer used, you can walk on it after 4–6 hours, but we recommend waiting 24–48 hours before driving on sealed driveways to ensure the sealant has fully cured.
